How New World Fashion Transformed into a Full-Service Apparel Manufacturer with WFX

Challenges they faced

NWF was using separate legacy systems for sourcing, inventory, finance and sales order booking. They were finding it increasingly hard to align business-wide processes and data across locations and functions. For example, they had no way to track the status of materials across warehouses and their utilization in production activities. When new materials arrived, quality evaluation was recorded on paper and had to be manually keyed into the system later.

Furthermore, their design staff in the UK had to coordinate with factories in Vietnam through emails and phone calls. The teams had no centralized platform for collaboration and it was hard to access information in real-time. This made it hard to maintain control over product quality.

As the business grew, NWF was losing both time and money to mundane paperwork, email-based communications, and manual follow-ups with their factories.

WFX has enabled us to stitch together different business processes into a unified supply chain. Our people have access to data when they need it and don't need to waste time on manual work, redundant data entry and follow-ups. This means that we have more time to provide better service for our customers and focus on making high-quality products.
